Mrs Rebecca Steele
About
Rebecca holds a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy (DipNT) from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, awarded in 2016, and has been in clinical practice since 2017. Her work is centred on identifying and addressing the underlying root causes of persistent health issues rather than masking symptoms. She combines personalised nutrition, health coaching, and somatic tools to support sustainable, whole-person change.
Her services include advanced functional testing such as hormone assessments, including the DUTCH test, gut and microbiome testing (including SIBO and stool analysis), metabolic and cardiometabolic assessments, and evaluation of nutrient and functional blood and urine markers, including organic acids testing.
Rebecca creates practical, realistic plans tailored to each individual. These may include nutrition therapy, lifestyle strategies, targeted supplementation, and clear step-by-step guidance. Her focus is on long-term health, improved energy, and a deeper understanding of one’s own body.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
— Mrs Rebecca Steele
