Sinead has completed specialist training with Monash University in implementing the low FODMAP diet for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), allowing her to offer evidence-based guidance tailored to those with gut related difficulties.

For more than eight years, Sinead has worked as a dietitian, helping clients manage symptoms such as bloating, excessive gas, reflux, indigestion, diarrhoea, constipation, and lower abdominal discomfort. Her practice is rooted in education and she is passionate about helping people understand how their gut works and why symptoms occur.

Sinead’s approach is collaborative and practical. During each consultation, she partners with clients to design a personalised nutrition plan that feels realistic and sustainable for their lifestyle. Her goal is to provide clear, accessible tools and strategies to help individuals better manage unwanted digestive symptoms, empowering them to feel more confident and comfortable in their everyday life.

Sinéad currently offers one-to-one consultations online and by phone, making support accessible wherever you are. In 2026, she will also launching a patient education programme for those living in County Limerick called "Trust Your Gut-Programme"

What Is the Trust Your Gut Group Programme?

The Trust Your Gut Programme is a supportive, in-person group programme designed to help you better understand your gut, reduce unwanted gut symptoms, and feel confident around food again.

This programme combines expert-led education with practical strategies you can actually use in daily life — no extremes, no guesswork. The first of its kind will be run this September 2026 in LimeRick, and I am looking for 10 people to take part in this pilot programme.

What You’ll Get:


A supportive, in-person group programme based in Limerick covering:

Session 1: Understanding Gut Physiology, The Gut-Brain Axis and getting started with tips to help reduce gut upset.

Session 2: Explosing Dietray strategies and setting acieavle goals.

Session 3: Meal Planning, Food label reading and exploring Stress management techniques

Session 4: (1 month Follow up) Long term management of gut symptoms and ways to support a healthy gut microbiome diversity.


Upcoming Programme Pilot Details

Pilot Start date: Thursday the 24th of September 2026.

Time: 6:30- 8:30pm.

Location: Patrickswell, County Limerick

No of sessions: 4 Thursday evening sessions, 2 hours per session= 8 hours of time with an expert gut dietitian.

September Pilot Cost: €195 ( Standard Programme Rate €250)
