Dr. Philippe Bull schloss 1982 das Studium der Medizin in Wien ab und promovierte zum Doktor der Allgemeinmedizin. Nachdem er zwei Jahre als Turnusarzt in Wien gearbeitet hat, begann er die Ausbildung zum Facharzt für Chirurgie, welche er 1991 abschloss. Er arbeitete als Oberarzt an verschiedenen Spitälern und spezialisierte sich auf Gefäßchirurgie. Nachdem er im Ausland Erfahrungen gesammelt hat, gründete er zwei Ordinationen in Wien, in welchen ausschließlich ambulante Behandlungen durchgeführt werden. Die Praxen befinden sich im 1. und 19. Bezirk und haben eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit zuweisenden ÄrztInnen. Die Fachgebiete der Ordinationen sind Venenchirurgie, Proktologie und Endoskopie. In ausführlichen PatientInnengesprächen geht Dr. Bull genau auf die Bedürfnisse seiner PatientInnen ein, um die Behandlung möglichst angenehm und effizient zu gestalten. Dr. Bull ist Mitglied verschiedener österreichischer und internationaler Gesellschaften der Medizin.
