Mr Zahir Soonawalla is a highly experienced Consultant Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgeon. Mr Soonawalla has a special interest in complications of gall bladder surgery, their causes and management, and has published papers in this field. They also chair the Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Cancer Services at an NHS Trust and lead their Neuroendocrine Centre of Excellence.
In addition to their clinical work, Mr Soonawalla is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at a University and takes part in research and teaching.
