His main area of research interest is the application of 3D printing in surgical care, movement assessment of the shoulder, and measuring surgical outcomes. He has won various academic prizes and distinctions during his career. He also routinely contributes scientific work to national and international conferences, books, and scientific journals. He is an Associate Editor for scientific journals.
