He was awarded a Fellowship at Reading Shoulder Unit in shoulder and upper limb surgery and at the Upper Limb Unit, Wrightington Hospital, Wigan. Both centres have a world renowned reputation for shoulder and upper limb surgery. His specialist interests include joint replacements, knee arthroscopy, as well as shoulder and elbow surgery.
