About
He has extensive knowledge having practised in India and Saudi Arabia before moving to the north east of England practising at Stockton, Preston and the Freeman Hospitals and finally moving to the Midlands, first to Lincolnshire and then Nottinghamshire.
Dr Teli is an accredited Bowel Cancer Screening endoscopist who undertakes regular endoscopy lists with the screening service. He has specialist interest in therapeutic and diagnostic endoscopy.
Dr Teli has maintained in interest in teaching, having undertaken the role of Clinical Tutor alongside Clinical Director and Divisional Chair at the Louth County Hospital in Lincolnshire for a number of years prior to finally settling in Nottingham where he accepted the role of Lead for Endoscopy Services at Nottingham City Hospital, undertaking a training role for recognised endoscopy courses as well as continuing to teach all levels of medical students and junior doctors. Dr Teli is a PACES examiner for the Royal College of Physicians of London.
