About A/Prof Elisa Cornish
Associate Professor Elisa Cornish is a Medical Retina and Uveitis Ophthalmology Specialist based in Sydney, Australia. She practices at both Strathfield Retina Clinic and Gordon Eye Surgery. Her clinical expertise covers medical retinal and inflammatory eye disorders, glaucoma, cataracts, and inherited eye diseases. Additionally, she is an Associate Professor at the University of Sydney, involved in teaching ophthalmology registrars and medical students. Dr. Cornish is part of the Inherited Eye Disease Unit at the Save Sight Institute, with a particular interest in retinal electrophysiology. Her academic work includes extensive publication in peer-reviewed ophthalmic journals. She participates actively in clinical and basic science research and serves as an investigator in clinical trials investigating new therapies for retinal and uveitic conditions.
