About
He gained his medical and immunology degree in 2002 from Glasgow University before training in Edinburgh. He then moved to London to study pelvic floor disorders as part of his MD (Res), which he completed at the Royal London Hospital. His higher training took place in North West Thames, and he went on to complete colorectal fellowships at St. Mark's Hospital and the colorectal unit at the Western General Hospital.
Mr. Boyle has been based at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust since 2016, and he was appointed as the clinical lead for colorectal surgery for the trust in 2021.
He lives with his wife in North London and is a keen runner, completing marathons in a number of different countries.
