About Ms Clemence Cleave
Clémence Cleave (Msc, RNutr) – or Clem – is an award-winning registered nutritionist specialising in women’s health, weight management, cardio-metabolic health, gut health, eating during cancer, behavioural changes, and wellbeing in the workplace. Her mission is to enable people find their optimal diet based on their specific needs and lifestyle, with a holistic approach to overall wellbeing (physical and mental). When she is not coaching individuals, she writes books on nutrition such as “28 Days to Gut Health”. She also conducts wellbeing masterclasses and cooking workshops. Additionally, she is a visiting lecturer at the University of Roehampton in Nutrition and Public Health.
