About

Ms. Hannah Richards is a highly experienced nutritionist, specialising in Metabolic Typing and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition. Over the years, she has trained under some of the most influential practitioners in health and wellbeing, including Paul Chek of the CHEK Institute, Emma Lane, Reed Davis, and Dr. Omar Amin, to name a few. Hannah is a certified Metabolic Typing Advisor and a registered Nutritionist through the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM).

Hannah's primary focus is on optimising metabolism and physiology to enhance gastrointestinal health and manage body weight effectively. With more than a decade of experience in the field of nutrition, she has made significant strides in her career. For five years, she co-managed Move Three Sixty, a holistic health clinic and fully functional gym in Hampstead. In 2016, she founded The Gut Clinic, an innovative practice that has since transitioned to an online platform, allowing her to expand her reach and adapt to the changing needs of her clients.

In addition to her clinic work, Hannah consults on product development, provides expert guidance to companies, and works privately with clients to address their nutritional needs. She is also a recognised presence in the media, serving as the regular Nutrition Expert on Sky TV’s Chrissy B Show, where she shares simple, healthy recipes and offers advice to viewers. Hannah is passionate about guiding people toward better health by improving their metabolism and gastrointestinal function, and her work is geared toward making long-lasting, positive changes in her clients’ lives.

“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”

— Ms Hannah Richards
