Ashley combines clinical excellence with a passion for teaching and research. He has published over 50 peer-reviewed papers, delivered more than 80 national and international lectures, and received multiple awards for his work. He is an Associate Editor for Shoulder & Elbow, an invited reviewer for Injury Journal, Cureus, and the Journal of Experimental Orthopaedics, and serves as faculty for the King’s Health Partners Executive Fellowship in Surgical Leadership.

He is also a fellowship supervisor for UK and international peripheral nerve surgeons, exam writer for UCL Medical School, interviewer for national orthopaedic training selection, and faculty member on leading FRCS revision courses.
