He then established himself as a consultant orthopaedic surgeon in Sydney, and joined the Sydney Orthopaedic Trauma and Reconstructive Surgery practice in 2011.
His expertise includes traditional hip and knee replacement surgery, as well as advanced techniques like navigated surgery and robotic-guided surgery for knee replacement. Dr. Keeley remains committed to staying current with orthopaedic advancements.
He also engages in teaching activities, instructing orthopaedic trainees, medical students, and nursing staff. Additionally, he contributes to research efforts in public and private hospital settings, furthering orthopaedic knowledge and enhancing patient outcomes.
