In 2019, he received the Zimmer Biomet BOTA Travelling Fellowship, enhancing his experience at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
Possessing two higher degrees, an MSc in Trauma and Orthopaedics and an MA in Clinical Education, Mr. Dick serves as an honorary Associate Professor at University College London. He is a member of esteemed organizations, including the British Orthopaedic Association, British Hip Society, and ISHA – The Hip Preservation Society. Additionally, he regularly reviews submissions for prestigious journals such as the British Medical Journal, The Bone and Joint Journal, and the American Journal of Sports Medicine.
