About Dr Dr. Stefanie Duchek
Stefanie Duchek ist Fachärztin für Innere Medizin, Nephrologie und Allgemeinmedizin mit einem besonderen Schwerpunkt auf Lifestyle Medicine. In der Ordination feminin – Frau Mutter* Kind* betreut sie Menschen mit akuten und chronischen internistischen Beschwerden ebenso wie Personen, die ihre Gesundheit präventiv stärken möchten. Sie berät unter anderem bei chronischer Niereninsuffizienz, Schwangerschaftsdiabetes, Typ-2-Diabetes und Bluthochdruck – auch im Rahmen einer Schwangerschaft – und führt internistische Vorsorgeuntersuchungen, OP-Freigaben und Eltern-Kind-Pass-Untersuchungen durch. Im Zentrum ihrer Arbeit steht jedoch ein ganzheitlicher Ansatz: In ihrer Zusatzqualifikation MSc in Lifestyle Medicine, die sie an der Universität Thessalien absolviert hat, hat sie sich auf wissenschaftlich fundierte Strategien zur Gesundheitsförderung durch Veränderung des Lebensstils spezialisiert. Sie unterstützt Patient:innen dabei, Ernährung, Bewegung, Schlaf, Stressbewältigung, soziale Beziehungen, Umwelteinflüsse und Suchtverhalten nachhaltig zu verbessern. Dabei geht es ihr nicht nur um Vorbeugung, sondern auch um die unterstützende Behandlung und Begleitung bei chronischen Erkrankungen. Ihre Ordinationszeit ist dienstags von 13:00 bis 18:30 Uhr. Termine können telefonisch oder online vereinbart werden.
