She is actively involved in education and training, having contributed to the Joint Advisory Group (JAG) committee in developing national training guidance in colonoscopy, and continues to train endoscopists across London and the West Midlands.
She is a member of the European Crohn’s and Colitis Organisation (ECCO) and has presented her research at national and international conferences. Dr Pelitari has also published numerous peer-reviewed papers and remains engaged in ongoing research and education in gastroenterology.
