He is also an Honorary Consultant at Barking, Havering & Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust where he is the past clinical lead for cataract surgery and a former surgical trainer for the North London deanery. Oliver sees patients with all types of ophthalmic conditions with additional specialism in cataract, refractive lens exchange, keratoconus, corneal transplantation, corneal collagen crosslinking, dry eye disease, blepharitis, chalazion, minor lid surgery and YAG laser treatment Oliver completed his medical degree at University College London in 2009 with distinction in medical sciences and achieved several academic awards, including a commendation for the prestigious Duke-Elder Prize.
