As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I offer a flexible and collaborative approach, using a variety of therapeutic techniques to meet your individual needs. • Neurodiversity: Ongoing support for ADHD and autism

• Mental Health Conditions: Borderline Personality Disorder, Body Dysmorphia and Dissociative Identity Disorder

• Self-acceptance & Personal Growth: Understanding personal identity, improving self-esteem and cultivating self-compassion and self-care

With a background that includes working within the NHS and local counselling organisations, I have had the privilege of helping people from all walks of life. I have also supported employees through EAP providers such as CareFirst and TELUS, and have contributed to the HealHub youth mental health support program.
