Niloofar Danaei is a registered Psychologist and a qualified Social Worker. They are passionate about supporting individuals on their mental health journey. With a calm, gentle, warm, and authentic approach, Niloofar strives to create a safe and welcoming space where their clients can explore their inner worlds and make sense of the complexities of their lives. Niloofar is deeply committed to their clients and continuously pursues knowledge and personal growth to enhance their practice. They firmly believe in the capacity for recovery and growth within each individual.
Niloofar is particularly passionate about supporting individuals affected by traumatic experiences, using a trauma-informed lens to guide their healing journey. In addition, they have experience in assisting individuals dealing with depressive symptoms, anxiety-related issues, loss, grief, and life transitions.
As an integrative psychologist, Niloofar draws on evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness techniques.
