Miss Phillipa Amada Brown is a registered psychologist with a passion for assisting individuals in navigating challenges to discover positive and meaningful life changes. A fundamental belief of hers is that a safe and secure therapeutic relationship is paramount. This enables the mind to engage in transformative processes such as curiosity and self-exploration. Miss Brown works collaboratively with individuals to identify, manage, and regulate challenging emotions. This process involves fostering a deeper understanding of oneself.
Miss Brown's therapeutic approach centres around solutions and motivation, drawing upon a range of evidence-based treatments tailored to each individual's unique needs. Some of the therapeutic modalities employed include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
