About
In addition to her postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Analytic Therapy, Dr Sayer also has a Master's degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She is passionate about continuous education and has taken numerous additional courses to train in EMDR, Executive Coaching, Stress Control programme, and Psychodynamic Interpersonal Training (PIT). Furthermore, she has completed a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, where she specialised in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Dr Sayer is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the Association for Cognitive Analytic Therapy (ACAT) and the British Psychological Society (BPS). Her main areas of expertise include Mental Health Treatment, Adjustment Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Stress and Work Addiction.
