Her subspecialty training in Foot and Ankle Surgery included two dedicated six-month rotations at the renowned Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore, complemented by a year as the Surrey Foot and Ankle Fellow at both the Royal Surrey County Hospital and Frimley Park Hospital.

Leadership and Contribution to the Field

Beyond her clinical practice, Julie is a respected figure in the orthopaedic community. She is frequently invited to lecture and teach at National Foot and Ankle Surgery Courses , sharing her expertise with other surgeons at all levels. Her commitment to advancing knowledge is further demonstrated through her national presentations and publications of Foot and Ankle research. Julie has been elected to the Education Committee of  the Brisitsh Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (BOFAS) in 2025.
