Mr Tom Kurzawinski is a Consultant Pancreatic and Endocrine Surgeon based at Royal Free Hospital, University College London Hospitals and Great Ormond Street Hospital.
He completed his medical degree, General Surgery training and PhD in Poland, before moving to the UK to continue specialist training and research in Liver, Pancreas and Endocrine Surgery. He was appointed as a Consultant Surgeon at The Middlesex Hospital in 1998, specialising in the pancreas, thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal glands.
He has been published extensively in medical journals and book chapters and has written guidelines for NICE, the Society for Endocrinology and the British Society for Paediatric Endocrinology & Diabetes. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and had membership with the British Association of Thyroid and Endocrine Surgeons, British Society for Endocrinology and Pancreatic Society.
