Mr. Mohammed Sadat is a Consultant Colorectal and General Surgeon with the East Cheshire Trust. He also runs private clinics at the Spire Regency and the Alexander (BMI).
Mr. Sadat completed his training in General and Colorectal Surgery in East Anglia (Cambridge Deanery). In 2008, he qualified with CCT in General Surgery and EBSQ (Coloproctology) and became a Consultant General and Colorectal Surgeon with the NHS.
He has extensive experience with all colorectal conditions and has a clinic interest in colorectal cancer and pelvic floor disorders. The majority of his procedures are done laparoscopically (keyhole surgery) and his completion rate in colonoscopy is 98%. He also performs emergency surgery, laparoscopic hernia, and gallbladder surgery. His practice is quality assured through annual appraisals and 5 yearly revalidations, which are governed by GMC.
As well as his clinical work, Mr. Sadat is a Tutor for the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Examiner for The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. He also trains GPs in Colorectal Cancer Management and Pelvic Floor Disorder.
