Dr Mohammad Houssien Kassem is a Consultant Nephrologist at Saudi German Hospital Dubai with over six years of experience specialising in the management of kidney diseases and related conditions. He completed his medical degree at Damascus University, Syria in 2007, followed by his Master’s degree in Nephrology (Dialysis) at the same university in 2009. In 2013, he received his MD (Syrian Board Certificate) in Nephrology from Damascus University. Dr Kassem is also a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (UK).
Dr Kassem's area of interest includes a wide range of nephrology specialties, including the management of kidney disease, diabetic nephropathy, hypertension, chronic kidney disease, glomerulonephritis, acute renal failure, kidney transplantation, kidney stones, urinary tract infections, electrolyte disturbances, and dialysis treatment.
