Dr. Hassan Hababa is a highly experienced Specialist Pediatrician with extensive clinical experience across Syria, the Sultanate of Oman, and the UAE. He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine from Damascus University in 2010 and completed his pediatric residency at Damascus University Children’s Hospital, earning both the Syrian Board Certificate in Pediatrics and the Arab Board Certification in Pediatrics (CABP) in 2016.
He is licensed to practice pediatrics across multiple jurisdictions, including the Oman Medical Specialty Board (OMSB), Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC), and the Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DOH), and has passed MRCPH Step 1 and 2.
Dr. Hababa’s clinical experience spans general pediatrics and critical care, managing a wide range of childhood illnesses such as gastroenteritis, asthma, pneumonia, croup, urinary tract infections, and other emergencies. He began his career as a Resident Pediatrician at Damascus University Children’s Hospital from 2011 to 2015, before working as a Specialist Pediatrician at Al-Rasheed Hospital in Syria from 2016 to 2017. He then served as a Visiting Specialist Pediatrician at Life-line Hospital in Salalah, Oman, in 2017, and as a Specialist Pediatrician at ALRabjeh Medical Center in Salalah from 2017 to 2020. He continued his practice in the UAE as a Specialist Pediatrician at Dr. Suleiman Al Habib Hospital in Dubai from 2020 to 2023 and currently practices at Burjeel Day Surgery Care in Abu Dhabi.
Dr. Hababa has also completed advanced pediatric training, including courses in Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Skin Prick Test Training. He is recognised for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care, with expertise in both routine and critical pediatric cases, ensuring high-quality care for children in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency settings.
