Farrella Dove is an Integrative counsellor and psychotherapist dedicated to providing a safe and confidential space for individuals to explore their emotions and experiences. Through this therapeutic process, she aims to help clients make sense of their current situations, develop coping strategies for life's challenges, and facilitate positive change.
Farrella offers both time-limited and open-ended psychotherapy and counselling, which can be conducted either online or in person. Her approach is highly individualised, drawing on a broad range of therapeutic modalities, including humanistic, psychodynamic, relational, and body psychotherapy. Rather than dictating a specific course of action or offering advice, she works collaboratively with her clients to create an environment where they can listen to and understand their inner voices.
