Hakkında
Ms Ewa Ostapczuk is a CORU-Registered Dietitian specialising in medical obesity management, with a primary focus on supporting patients using GLP-1 medications (e.g. Wegovy®, Ozempic® and Mounjaro®), as part of a structured, evidence-based obesity treatment plan. She does not take a one-size-fits-all or “just eat less” approach. Instead, Ewa works with the biology of appetite and metabolism, using practical nutrition strategies that fit real life.
Ewa graduated with a BSc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Technological University Dublin in 2018 and has worked across both public and private healthcare settings. From 2022 to 2025, she was based at C-ENDO Medical Centre in Calgary, a specialist endocrinology clinic, where she supported patients within a multidisciplinary obesity service and contributed to major international clinical trials involving GLP-1 and emerging incretin-based therapies.
She has a particular interest in sustainable, evidence-based dietary approaches, including plant-based nutrition, and is an executive member of the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute (INDI) Plant-Based Diets and Food Sustainability Special Interest Group.
