Sinead Cahillane is a Specialist Registered Dietitian with over 13 years’ experience across the Irish and UK healthcare systems. She has extensive expertise in the management of gastrointestinal conditions, including IBS, IBD, reflux and diverticular disease, as well as complex gastrointestinal issues following surgery such as bowel resection, intestinal failure and altered digestion.
Alongside this, Sinead specialises in weight management, obesity and disordered eating. She takes a holistic, person-centred approach, recognising the strong connection between mindset, behaviour and eating patterns.
