Dr Dmitri Wall is a consultant dermatologist. They are a recognised national expert in disorders of the hair and scalp. Dr Wall has published multiple articles in recognised, peer-reviewed dermatology and data science journals.
They are involved with basic and clinical scientific research nationally and internationally relating to scalp disorders. Dr Wall delivers regular talks regarding diseases of the hair and scalp, and hair transplantation, to other medical groups and societies nationally and internationally.
Dr Wall also has a special interest in health informatics. They have worked with the Irish Skin Foundation to develop international patient registries. Dr Wall has combined their interests in hair and health informatics to help develop a global network of patient registries for alopecia areata. These projects have resulted in the awarding of multiple grants.
