He is skilled in the use of the Ilizarov external fixator for managing complex fractures, deformity correction, osteomyelitis treatment, and bone lengthening. In addition, Dr. Farahat performs knee arthroscopy, including meniscus repair, ACL, PCL, LCL, and MCL reconstruction as well as cartilage transplantation. He also has experience in ankle and wrist arthroscopy and the comprehensive management of bone diseases.
