About

Dr Khaldun Alsaadawy is a Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeon with extensive experience in trauma, paediatric orthopaedics, joint reconstruction and hand surgery. He qualified with an MBChB from University of Basra in 2004 and later completed the Jordanian Board of Orthopaedic Surgery in 2012.

His early postgraduate training included internship at Al-Hussein Hospital, followed by residency in orthopaedic surgery at Al-Basheer Hospital, where he managed a broad range of complex trauma cases and developed specialist experience in paediatric and adult orthopaedics.

Dr Alsaadawy’s clinical expertise includes the management of upper and lower limb fractures, paediatric orthopaedic conditions such as developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH), clubfoot and limb deformities, as well as paediatric trauma surgery. He also has experience in hand surgery, including tendon injury repair and reconstructive procedures.

His surgical practice includes adult joint reconstruction, with a focus on primary total hip and knee replacement surgery, as well as minimally invasive trauma techniques such as closed reduction, percutaneous pinning and limited-incision fixation.

He has worked as a Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeon at Al Salama Hospital and as a Senior Registrar at Al Zahra General Hospital, where he continues to manage complex orthopaedic trauma and reconstructive cases.

“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
