Daraufhin war Dr. Michel Chraim an der renommierten Klinik für Orthopädie und Unfallchirurgie des Universitätsklinikum Schleswig-Holstein in Lübeck tätig. Im Anschluss erlangte er die Position als Oberarzt an dem Orthopädischen Spitals Speising in Wien, wo er im Spezial-Fußteam tätig ist. Dort erweiterte er seine Fachkenntnisse und sammelte Erfahrung im Bereich der Fuß- und Sprunggelenkveränderungen wie beispielsweise Hallux valgus, Plattfuß, Erkrankungen der Achillessehne sowie viele weitere Beschwerden und Verletzungen im Fußbereich. Neben seiner Tätigkeit als Oberarzt setzte sich Dr. Michel Chraim zusätzlich intensiv mit dem wissenschaftlichen Aspekt seiner Arbeit auseinander und veröffentlichte unter anderem zahlreiche Publikationen in renommierten internationalen Journalen und ist Autor in der Literatur „Praktische Geriatrie". Des Weiteren betreut er mehrere Studien im Bereich der minimalinvasiven Fußchirurgie und über die Korrektur der komplexen Fußdeformitäten. Um seinen Patientinnen und Patienten stets die modernsten Operationstechniken Evidence-Based und State of the Art anbieten zu können, absolviert Dr. Michel Chraim kontinuierlich Fortbildungen. Zusätzlich zu seiner Ausbildung zum Facharzt bestand Dr. Michel Chraim ein hochselektives Auswahlverfahren und erhielt das USMLE-Certificate, welches ihm ermöglicht auch in den USA, als Facharzt zu praktizieren.
Aktuell ist Dr. Michel Chraim als Facharzt im Fusszentrum Wien tätig und bietet dort ein umfangreiches Leistungsspektrum rund um Beschwerden um den Fuß an. Bei allen Behandlungen legt er großen Wert darauf, die Verletzungen durch Physiotherapie, lokale Infiltrationen sowie manuelle Medizin zu heilen und versucht die operative Behandlung zu vermeiden. Bei notwendigen chirurgischen Eingriffen begleitet Dr. Michel Chraim den gesamten Behandlungsprozess persönlich, vom Erstgespräch bis zur Nachbehandlung. Alle Operationen werden im Orthopädischen Spital Wien Speising durchgeführt, welches eine medizinische Betreuung auf höchstem Niveau bietet.
