About
Mr Cannon is able to help identify problems and how to overcome personal challenges to improve mental health and well-being. He works independently or in partnership with healthcare professionals to support the recovery of clients, taking a solution-focused approach to therapy, placing emphasis on the individual needs of each client.
Mr Cannon is a specialist in exposure and response prevention (ERP) and behavioural experiments. He works with clients at their home or where trauma occurs, preferring to work in the environment where the problem presents itself. He also works remotely via telephone or video call.
Mr Cannon holds an MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London Cass School of Education and Communities and an MSc in Psychology from the University of Derby. He is also trained in executive and professional coaching and coaching CBT.
