About Ms Giedra Green
Giedra Green is an Integrative Adult Psychotherapist providing online psychotherapy to adults in the UK. She is a fully qualified practitioner and is registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. Giedra works integratively, drawing on a range of psychotherapeutic approaches to tailor therapy to each client’s individual experiences and goals. Her practice incorporates elements from integrative psychotherapy, art therapy, transpersonal psychotherapy and group psychoanalytic approaches, allowing for flexible and responsive therapeutic work. She offers both short-term and long-term therapy, with sessions delivered online. She has a particular clinical interest in trauma and works with a wide spectrum of traumatic experiences, including acute, chronic and complex trauma, as well as intergenerational and collective trauma. Her clinical experience spans both private and public mental health settings, where she has supported individuals with difficulties including anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD and C-PTSD), relationship and family issues, identity concerns, bereavement, miscarriage, infertility, motherhood, major life transitions, career change, divorce, abuse, anger management, sexuality and neurodiversity. Giedra’s academic background in history informs her clinical perspective, supporting an understanding of how family systems, cultural context and historical influences can shape individual experience.
