Dr. Kalyan Chakravarthy is a highly qualified Consultant Neonatologist and Specialist Pediatrician at Emirates Hospital Jumeirah, bringing extensive experience in the management and care of critically ill and premature newborns.
He completed his MBBS at Christian Medical College, Vellore, followed by an MD in Pediatrics from VVS Medical College. He went on to earn a Doctorate of Medicine in Neonatology from St. John’s Medical College, India in 2018 and a DNB (Diplomate of National Board) in Neonatology. In addition, he holds the MRCPCH from the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (UK) and a Fellowship in Perinatal Medicine.
Dr. Kalyan has practiced at leading medical institutions in both India and the UAE, where he has developed a reputation for excellence in neonatal intensive care. His expertise covers a wide range of neonatal conditions, including respiratory distress syndrome, persistent pulmonary hypertension of the newborn, necrotizing enterocolitis, hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, and congenital anomalies.
Dedicated to improving neonatal outcomes, Dr. Kalyan combines advanced clinical knowledge with a compassionate, family-centered approach to ensure the best possible start to life for every newborn under his care.
