About Mr Zack Best
Zack Best is a qualified Podiatrist with a BSc (Hons) in Podiatry and a Member of the Royal College of Podiatry (MRCPod). He graduated from the University of East London with First Class Honours, gaining extensive clinical experience through NHS placements across London and Kent, where he treated a wide range of foot and lower limb conditions. Zack has a special interest in musculoskeletal (MSK) podiatry, which focuses on pain and injuries affecting the muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments, and bones of the feet and lower limbs. This includes conditions such as heel pain, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendon problems, knee pain, and sports-related injuries. He enjoys helping patients not only relieve pain, but also improve lower limb function through structured, progressive exercise programmes and evidence-based treatments such as shockwave therapy. His approach focuses on building strength, resilience, and long-term mobility rather than simply addressing symptoms. With a strong sporting background in volleyball and badminton, Zack has a deep understanding of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance. He prioritises longevity and maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle in his own life, which further informs his patient-centred approach to care. Zack particularly enjoys working with children, assessing lower limb development and identifying any concerns early. He is committed to creating a positive, supportive environment to ensure young patients feel comfortable and confident during their appointments. In addition to MSK care, Zack provides comprehensive general podiatry treatments. He offers effective verruca treatments for patients of all ages, including children, using a range of techniques such as Cryotherapy, Verruca Laser Pen, and Verruca Needling for more stubborn cases. He also manages a variety of skin and nail conditions, including calluses, corns, fungal infections, and thickened or damaged nails. Zack has a special interest in nail surgery and gained significant hands-on experience in this area during his NHS training. Zack is proud to be part of the team at Dulwich Podiatry, where he delivers high-quality, patient-focused care with an emphasis on keeping people active, healthy, and moving well. If you have any concerns about foot or ankle problems, or would simply like a preventative check-up, enquire today to book an appointment with Zack
