In recent years, she has expanded her clinical skillset by qualifying as a Pilates Instructor and integrating the Pilates Reformer into her physiotherapy practice.
She has a particular interest in chronic pain, unresponsive sports injuries and the role of fascia in dysfunctional movement. Therese specialises in identifying and treating fascial restrictions and their impact on abnormal movement patterns, persistent pain, dysfunctional breathing and recurrent sports injuries. She directs two Physio Labs in Thurles and Templemore, where she provides specialised, evidence-based care.
