With a wealth of experience, Dr. Bains specialises in treating a diverse range of patients, ranging from elite and amateur athletes across various sports to military (including musicians) personnel and individuals with age and work-related injuries. She is particularly passionate about employing non-surgical approaches to manage musculoskeletal injuries, osteoarthritis, and sports-related issues. Dr. Bains frequently utilises ultrasound and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to optimise health outcomes and facilitate patients' return to full function.
Currently serving as a Team Doctor for the Football Association, Dr. Bains has previously held roles at Premier League and Women’s Super League Football Clubs, including Arsenal FC and Brentford FC. She has also contributed her expertise to the UK Institute of Sport, Lawn Tennis Association (LTA), England Rugby Festivals, Para-swimming World Championships, and the IAAF World Athletics Championship. Additionally, Dr. Bains has been involved in providing medical support at major mass participation events such as the London Marathon and London Triathlon.
