Her professional journey has spanned both the NHS and private sector, giving her a wealth of experience across a broad range of specialities including orthopaedics, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, amputee and post-operative recovery, stroke rehabilitation, paediatrics, and medico-legal cases.
Working in two different healthcare systems has given Selene valuable insight into the strengths and challenges of both, allowing her to blend the best of Italian and British physiotherapy practices. 
Alongside her clinical work, Selene has pursued extensive specialist training, including ultrasound diagnostic imaging, neural mobilisation, Bobath concept, fascia manipulation (Stecco Method), Sharma Method for lower back treatment, and yoga teacher training.
