Rachel Vialou-Clark is a Senior Physiotherapist and Pregnancy Massage Therapist with a strong passion for helping people stay active, recover from injuries, and prevent future problems. Rachel studied physiotherapy at Hertfordshire University as a mature student while raising her family. She has gained broad clinical experience across elderly rehabilitation, paediatrics, intensive care, and musculoskeletal outpatients. She believes in developing tailored, individual programmes for each patient to ensure safe, effective recovery.
She particularly values the importance of falls prevention, having worked extensively with balance and strengthening programmes both one-to-one and in group settings. Rachel also provided post-event physiotherapy support for the MS Society after the London Marathon, further strengthening her expertise in sports recovery.
With three sporty teenagers of her own, Rachel recognises the value of a multidisciplinary, holistic approach to care, working alongside other healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes for her patients. Alongside her physiotherapy practice, she specialises in pregnancy massage and supporting women with safe exercise both during and after pregnancy.
Outside of work, Rachel continues to keep fit by training for endurance events, with her most recent being an Ironman triathlon in Norway in 2019.
