Dabei werden neben orthopädische Behandlungen wie Injektionen, Orthesen oder OP-Empfehlungen, auch alternative Ansätze wie Osteopathie, Akupunktur oder Laser- und Stoßwellen Therapie eingesetzt. Dadurch lassen sich überflüssige, Operationen, Medikamente, Nebenwirkungen und Schmerzen reduzieren.
Dr. Borgmann studierte Humanmedizin an der Albert-Ludwigs-Universität in Freiburg bis 2007. Im selben Jahr erhielt er seine Approbation als Arzt. 2010 folgte der Titel Dr. med. mit der Promotion an der Johannes-Gutenberg-Universität zu Mainz. Im Anschluss absolvierte er die Weiterbildung zum Facharzt für Orthopädie und Unfallchirurgie und sammelte Praxiserfahrung in diversen Kliniken. Unter anderem als Leiter der Abteilung für Schulter- und Kniegelenksarthroskopie im Ortenau-Klinikum Achern-Oberkirch in Oberkirch.
