Natasha Williams is the Co-Founder and Lead Nurse at Assured Healthcare and Wellness Services Ltd. With 27 years of experience as a mental health nurse, Natasha has spent the last 10 years working in the private sector, where she has built a wealth of management experience, including serving as a CQC Registered Manager for multiple services. She began her career in the NHS, where she successfully managed Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs).
Natasha has recently founded a private community mental health nursing service. This service provides specialist nursing care to individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Natasha’s expertise in management, mental health, and communication has played a pivotal role in the success of her initiatives.
Currently, Natasha works full-time in her role at Assured Healthcare and Wellness, where she continues to lead the delivery of high-quality mental health services. She also serves as the Clinical Operations Manager and Head of Nursing at The Revoke Programme. Natasha’s commitment to improving mental health services is reflected in her extensive experience and the impact of her work.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from the University of the West of England, which she completed in 2005.
