Mr Singhal gained his medical qualifications in 1995 and earned a Master of Surgery before going on to complete a fellowship in laparoscopic colorectal surgery, peritoneal malignancy, low rectal cancer surgery, and multi-visceral resection. Following this, he undertook further fellowship training in advanced laparoscopic and robotic colorectal surgery.
In 2018, Mr Singhal received a King's Commendation for his exceptional service to King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and its patients.
