About
Mr Butt gained his medical qualifications from Guy's King's and St Thomas' London Medical School after first achieving a bachelor's (honours) degree in neuroscience. He also completed a master's degree in orthopaedic science at the University of Brighton during his orthopaedic training and went on to gain a fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons, completing two fellowships in complex shoulder and elbow reconstruction - one at Guy's Hospital London and one at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital. In 2017, he was awarded the Watanabe Travelling Fellowship which enabled him to visit national centres of excellence for arthroscopic shoulder surgery.
