Miss Rajasri founded the preterm birth service in East Kent, earning both regional and national recognition for her work.
Miss Rajasri is committed to delivering holistic, patient-centred care, drawing on her extensive clinical experience and knowledge. Her specialist interests include menopause care, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, menstrual disorders, polycystic ovary syndrome, and recurrent pregnancy loss. She currently leads the preterm service and plays a key role in developing the Pan Kent HRT formulary and clinical guidelines.
An enthusiastic educator and leader, Miss Rajasri is a national trainer, researcher, and award-winning clinician recognised for her contributions to women’s healthcare. She has authored chapters in leading textbooks and training manuals and has published numerous peer-reviewed articles in respected medical journals. She frequently presents her research at national and international conferences and delivers GP training sessions on menopause, menstrual disorders, and broader aspects of women’s health. In addition, she holds formal qualifications in education and management and regularly provides educational talks for both primary and secondary care professionals on topics such as menopause, pelvic pain, and pregnancy-related issues.
Miss Rajasri also serves as an Honorary Lecturer at the University of Kent and is a National Trainer for the ROBuST course. She is currently undertaking further study in lifestyle medicine to enhance her ability to provide holistic, evidence-based care. As an academic contributor, she has written for several major publications, including textbooks on contraception, endocrinology, Bonney’s Gynaecology, and the ROBuST Training Manual, alongside her peer-reviewed research publications. She strongly believes in lifelong learning and collaborates closely with experts across her specialty.
Her dedication to improving women’s health has been recognised through several awards, including a Tommy’s Award, a Healthcare Hero Award, and a Regional Innovation Award. She has also been featured in BBC Radio interviews discussing the advancements she has helped achieve in women’s healthcare.
