About
Mr Kendal studied medicine at the University of Oxford, earning a First-Class degree in Physiological Sciences before qualifying as a doctor in 2006. He completed specialist orthopaedic training on the Oxford Specialist Rotation and gained international experience through two prestigious fellowships—one at the Melbourne Orthopaedic Group in Australia and another at Oxford University Hospitals Foot & Ankle Service. He also undertook advanced training in Bone Infection and Complex Limb Reconstruction at Oxford.
In addition to his clinical work, Mr Kendal is an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Oxford and a lecturer at Trinity College, Oxford. His research focuses on tendon disease, aiming to improve understanding and treatment of this common condition, which affects over 20% of primary care patients.
