Rakhee Mediratta, born in Mombasa, Kenya, is a graduate of the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in London which is one of the leading teaching establishments.  Rakhee also has a diploma in Naturopathic Medicine.   Rakhee’s training was part of a wider naturopathic training, which included applied clinical dietetics, hydrotherapy and stress management.

Rakhee is a qualified Osteopath and Advanced Licensed  Perrin Technique Practitioner and been practising the Perrin Technique for 17 years.   The Perrin Technique is a specialist osteopathic technique which has been continuously developed over the last 30 years by Dr Raymond Perrin as a diagnostic tool and treatment approach for CFS/ME.

Rakhee has a focus on treating patients with fatigue related conditions including Myalgic Encephalitis (ME)/Chronic Fatigue (CFS), Long Covid and Fibromyalgia using the Perrin Technique.  Rakhee has a wealth of experience working with these conditions, using treatments including The Perrin Technique and Neuro-lymphatic drainage.

Neuro-lymphatic drainage is a recognised form of therapy which is a powerful integrative system working on the lymphatic and neuro- muscular systems. During the treatment specific lymphatic points are manually stimulated to help drain the lymph surrounding the nervous system, which subsequently works to alleviate neurological symptoms found with lymphatic issues and neuro-inflammation and neurological disorders and diseases.  With everyday stress levels ever increasing, Rakhee finds this treatment can also be beneficial for those who are looking to combat the stressors of everyday life, improve brain functioning and ensure optimal health.

Rakhee's hard work has enabled her to stay up to date with all the latest techniques and she can treat her clients using a broad range of osteopathic techniques ranging from Perrin technique, joint manipulation, mobilisations, soft tissues stretching, cranial osteopathy, exercise & postural advice each chosen to suit the best needs of the patient.  Rakhee has also completed an additional training course with Dr Perrin and has now qualified as an Advanced Perrin Techinque practitioner.

Rakhee has worked in a variety of practices and with many practitioners.  She now has a team of associates working in London offering osteopathic treatments such as  Myofascial release, Visceral Osteopathy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Dry Needling and deep tissue massage.   As well as working in central London including Harley Street, Rakhee also works in Little Chalfont, Buckinghamshire.
