About Mrs Lisa Poole
Mrs Lisa Poole is a qualified nutritionist and founder of Precision Dietetics, who takes an integrative approach to health, combining nutritional science with psychological insight to support long-term wellbeing. Her practice is grounded in evidence-based care, delivered with compassion and tailored to the unique needs of each individual. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Surrey (2018), alongside additional specialist training in the Low FODMAP diet, mental health and eating disorders, and colorectal and intestinal conditions. This breadth of expertise allows her to work effectively with a wide range of conditions. Lisa has particular experience in gastrointestinal health, including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and diverticulosis, as well as weight management and nutrition support. She also works closely with individuals experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating patterns, and those who are neurodivergent, offering sensitive and informed guidance.
