Dr James Southwell-Keely is a plastic, reconstructive and cosmetic surgeon. The focus of their work is achieving beautiful, functional results for all their patients. They treat many patients with cosmetic and reconstructive facial surgery, and many others with cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery. Dr Southwell-Keely is involved in teaching students and training doctors. They are also involved in clinical research.
As a young medical intern, Dr Southwell-Keely knew they wanted to specialise in plastic surgery after observing their first reconstructive surgery to restore a patient's lower lip. They were amazed by the result and how that process had restored the patient's life, both physically and emotionally. It was as if the cancer had never been there. This experience solidified their decision to pursue a career in plastic surgery.
Dr Southwell-Keely believes in providing the highest quality personal care and technical expertise in a warm and friendly environment. They endeavour to treat all their patients with professionalism, courtesy and compassion.
